Byju's — Cancellation and Refund, Use of Abusive words

This is to Complaint against BYJU and the Senior Manager, Manikandan from Bangalore. Below it he Student details:

I am Sana's Guardian. I got a call from Kaviya Bathula for regitering with BYJU's for online classes for Sana. She called me continuously for 3 days and got the registration done.

I paid 10k for Registration and 42k for Online Classes (using Credit Card, enabled EMI). Nagamani (Mentor) from BYJU called me and confirmed the few details as no Tablet device received from BYJU, about subjects and timings and asked about the BYJU's Think and Learn app. I reported that it is mapped Sana as ICSE student, but Sana is an IGCSE Student. She convinced me that Syllables will be same, so we agreed.
Online Class started on 25th Sep 2023, we monitored for a week and got to know that whatever BYJU teaches Sana not at all matching to her Syllables. So we decided to cancel the registration. Since BYJU didn' explain about the cancelling procedure as how to do it, we have tried calling Kaviya Bathula since we registered and paid amount with her. But Kaviya didn't answer our calls. So we dropped mail to Kaviya's mail id kaviya.[protected]@byjus.com on 09th Oct 2023, we didn't recieve any response.

Then we explored in Google and got the Cancellation mail id. We dropped a mail to [protected]@byjus.com on 11th Oct 2023. Till now we didn't get any good response from BYJU. Few time, Mentor called me and convincing about mapping Sana to IGCSE syllables, but I denied that offer and strongly asked for cancellation. After that, we didn't get any call back from BYJU till yesterday. We called Customer Care many times, what we got as a response everytime was
"A ticket has been raised and the same has been esclaated from my side. It will be dealt within 72 hours".

Yesterday, Mr. Manikandan, Senior Manager from BYJU's, Bangalore, called me and asked for the details about the cancellation reason. Today he called me and told me that since, cancellation mail to [protected]@byjus.com done after 14 calendar days, it is not possible to cancel the registration. When I explain about my concerns, he started behaving rude and using abusive words. When I address him SIR in all the conversation, he was speaking without respects using the Singular words (In Tamil) "AMAIDHIYA IRU PA, AMAIDHIYA IRU PA" and not letting me talk.
When I check in BYJU's website Cancellation policy, there was a information that if we cancel the registration within 60 days, partial amount can be refunded. Please refer the below website

I want register a complaint against BYJU's for not fulfilling my cancel request for a long time and
a complaint against Manikandan, Senior Manager, Bangalore for using abusive words, and cheating me by hiding the right policy information about partial amound refund.

Please help me by fixing this issue and get my registration amount and stopping my EMI from Credit Card.
