BYJUS team contact us for scholership for my cousin. On 1 JUN 2022 BYJUS team person came to home and explain everthing. It is 3 year course. Therefore I asked him again and again that is it possbile to cancel course if exceptional circustance happen like BYJUS teaching service not well, or mishapping with child or child's father not able to pay EMI?
Then BYJUS team member told that we can cancel anytime. I asked him same again and again beacuse of loand amout is big 93000 rs. I paid 5000 rs and wintin 2 week I recieved tablet.
My brother on got only 2 lecture for one week and same on next week. After that he did not able to catach teacher teaching stylye( Some teacher speak very fast and some not explain welL. I also see same lecture). Then child and his parent to decide cancel course.
I contact multiple time to same person (BYJUS team memeber) who came to my home. He is not replying my message on chate and call aslo. It is very frustating. Cheap behavious.
On 16 July i drop mail to BYJUS team for cancel course. Couple of days later they call me and exlain BYJUS policy that Course can not cancel and threaten if EMI not pay then CIBIL score will drop and asked proof what BYJUS team said to me for cacnel of course.
If we alreday know about BYJUS first we never purchase same course and second we record everything that person explain in first meeting.
How customer know what is loan process behinde?

Same on that person who came to home and explain wrong data/information/policy and now he is now replying message or call. That person.
