This is to bring to your notice that we have been requesting for cancellation of the above mentioned subscription number.
Was keen on taking up a physical class, but was well convinced by sales team and we agreed as there was a trial period of 14 days. Post the payment (on 29th Oct) we did not receive any confirmation email other than OTPs for log in into the website.
1st scheduled trial class (1st Nov) did not happen, child could not log in into any class session, we called for help, they will arrange call back but nothing happened. Next day again we were again waiting (2nd Nov), nothing happened that day as well, again they promised to call back, which did not resolve our problem.
We got a call late in the evening from a mentor. We requested him that we do not want to continue and requested for cancellation.
Saturday 4th Nov went to the nearby center in Dwarka Sector 11 and placed a complaint whereby we were clearly told that Aakash does not have anything to do with Byjus.
The following people - Sarita Yadav[protected] stopped responding to our calls and kept disconnecting when she recognised our voice.
Devanshu Kumar Mishra[protected] convinced us to keep his number for any confusion we had, on calling found that this number is in-active, later on the number got re-activated but he stopped taking our calls.
