Byju's — Cancellation

I have subscribed Byjus+Akash Class 11 JEE.Now I want to cancel it now for the reason of financial issues.
I paid 8000 as an advance and 6400(approx) for the last 3 months. Now my grandpa undergone surgery and we become financially tight so it occurs like we couldn't pay the further EMI's.I don't want refund just stop emi deduction.
I hope you understand our situation and help me to cancel this.
