Byjus — Cancellation not done within 15 days period of registration.

I have bought the byjus online course for my daughter. It is done after byjus representative came to my home on July 2022. I paid Rs 5000/- for registration fee of bujis course. The byjus representative promised me that the course can be easily cancelled if applied within 15 days after receiving the materials from byjus. My daughter has not any interest about the teaching and online process. I have received the materials on 18th July applied for cancellation policy on 29 th July 2022. I have mailed and call many times for cancellation the course. They have taken no action from their side. Still they send msg and different times in a day. I want to cancel the byjus course as early as possible and want to free from their calls and massages.
