I have been appealing for the cancellation of Akash Byjus Programme to the company since 3 months still I haven't got any proper solution and the issue is not resolved yet.
I purchased my Akash Byjus Programme in month of February from the sales person of Byjus who had a home vist. He convinced us for buying the programme by saying that it is a limited time deal and would rush off within 24hrs we wanted the programme to be offline so he said that the programme is available in both online and offline mode u can purchase it online now and convert into offline later by visiting Akash centre. As Akash centre was away as i live in rural area so I decided to buy it and convert it later in offline mode. But later after one month when I visited the Akash branch of Pune which was 300 km away from my place and asked for convertion the manager denied we contacted much to the customer care of Byjus but we were left helpless company didn't responded well and didn't provided any solutions the mentors directly denied and the Akash centre said that it can't be converted almost entire day i contacted the customer care but we were refused for everything. We have paid entire amount thorough cheque. From that day till now I m placing mails to the company for the cancellation but everytime I m just said that u will recieve call within 24hrs and solution will be provided this is going from last 3 months i have not got any solution from the company even the senior manager from Byjus left the case unsolved and didn't look into the matter even didn't contacted me after that call. Due to such fake statements made by sales person and being unsupportive to the customer i m truly dissatisfied with the services provided by Byjus. I request you to look into the issue so that refund will be processed by company.
