RESPECTED SIR MY NAME JAGDISH PARSAD JAT . I HAVE TAKEN BYJU COURSE 1St
standard to 5th standard on 21 August 2022 for my daughter Navya Jat
through senior counsellor ( Vishal bhausahe Ingale, ID - TNL[protected] .This is a humble request to please cancel my enrollment and refund my entire amount which I have paid payment.
It's been more than two week I am requesting the team to cancel my enrollment and initiate my funds but no action has been taken. I am facing major a financial issue and I cannot
support this.
I don't know what else you want from a
customer to cancel his/her request. I was politely coordinating with team but some times the cancellation officer is not available and sometimes they don't have authority to cancel it.I spoke to the Sr. Cancellation Team member but she is still not understanding our situation and asking for a call back to me. I have trusted byjus so much and referred this to my relatives but after this experience my prospective is changed.
I want immediate cancellation and no further justification would be given from my family. My whole family is going through tough time and no cooperation from you guys.Unfortunately, financial problems comes on me and 10 families members
depends only me So Due to this I already cancelled my
registration(admission) from my end.l did not received tablet and book with do return process done
both tablet and book.
