02 month ago I purchased a course for my daughter. But after 10 days she doesn't want to continue. So I raised an a request on mail to cancel the course. Because it's byjus Policy that we can cancel with in 14 days so Idid the same.
But bad part is I dint get any response for my cancellation till now.
Whenever I call their customers care they simply says that sorry we don't have any updates for this plz wait for 48 hours definitely you will get call.
After calling several times in last 2 month till now they don't have any
updates and I did get any call from their end. But still I am getting calls and SMS for emi payment.
So again I request to Byjus plz cancel the course and refund 12 k which I paid in starting.
Earlier I believes in Byjus for 100% customer satisfaction, but my last 2months with byjus wasn't that Good. Was this information helpful? |
