Byjus — Cancellation of course and refund the payment

I booked a course for my son on byju's for class 4th, 5th and 6th on 29th of december 2022. I have received the product on 6th of January 2023 and whithin a week i requested for cancellation of the same as my son was not understanding the classes as the classes was delivered in english language so i requested for cancellation for the course and fallowed all the procedures to cancel and refund policy. As per the byju's policy whitin 15 days of booking if we cancel the order we will get full refund but till date they did not even care to do so by which i am facing many problems and after many calls and complaints to their dask they are now ignoring me and are talking some rubish .
now please look over the matter and resolve it as soon as possible
