Its been 2 months since Byjus team has been taking time to clear my cancellation money. The customer service is pathetic and Sr. Managers make false promises to customers. They don't call back even if it is a mail confirmation stating that they will call back within 24hrs nor confirmation stated by the customer care executives. Even after the customer care team escalating the issue at the department level (Stated by the executives, not known to customers if it is really done) there is no seriousness been looked upon. I have got mails 2 weeks back stating the same and have been calling the customer care for the last 3 days. No call back received.
I got the mail from the cancellation team requesting my bank details on 28th May 2022 and credited on Rs. 15000.00 against Rs. 105000.00 made on 15/04.2022.
The cancellation request has been raised on 20th May with the Byjus cancellation team and on 18th May with the counsellor Seema Yadav who had given wrong information about the classes. When called her back on 29th June she clearly denied that she was not involved in such admissions and disconnected my call.
The customer care team only assures the call back from the Sr. Manager every time called and have not received the calls from the Sr. Manager till date. Its really unfortunate and frustrating as there is no such team who can really take the concerns of the customers and solve things on priority. The channel is only customer care and which is of no use as they only talk the same repetitive dialogues and is of no help.
I need my complete refund on priority as its been clear mentioned in emails to the cancellation team that the EMI's have started and I am not in a position to pay the EMI's. Request Byjus to also pay the interest charges incurred for the delayed days.
