I am cancelling my subscription of BYJU. On 25 Nov 22 i received a call from Byjus team to pay Rs. 5000 for processing cancellation case and i have been paid the same. Thereafter i am trying to call daily for update on my cancellation case. but no one reply of response i have wrote so many mail but action, they told me that no EMI will be debited from your account as we are processing the case for cancellation. On 7 Dec Rs. 7083 was debited towards EMI i am socked how it can be happened, but i came to know that BYJUS cheats me and not cancelled my course. I am in deep sorrow. Dec 8, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I want to cancel my subscription. I have paid Rs 5000 as charge fee for processing the cancellation case. After that daily i am trying to contact senior for cancellation but no one reply. No mail reply. on 07 Dec EMI of Rs. 7083 also debited from my account. BYJUS cheats people it fake business. Request cancelled my subscription and amount of EMI to be refunded. BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
