I am writing this get the attention of concern authority of cancellation team to complain about the thoughtless behaviour of the support team, and acknowledgement request for the cancellation of my subscription. I have been trying to reach for cancellation process but the support team is not helping me, and keep telling that it is not possible . My Mentor was suppose to help me in every aspect.
I am a subscriber of Bramhani BYJU'S Grade 10 course and wish to discontinue the service before the end of my 15 days trail period. I have mentioned the reasons below
1: Your executive has told that I will be able complete my board syllabus .
2: The concept are difficult to understand in the online classes or recorded video.
3: My family financial status is also a reason for my decision. As it is very expensive and overpriced for me.
So, I would like to cancel the subscription provided BYJU'S. I am hereby requesting for the full refund of 7000 downpayment and EMI Card Payment which I had paid to access the service.
Therefore, I request for guidance of cancellation of my subscription and the procedure to return the Tab. Please send me an mail for acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription. For any query you can contact me in my registered mobile number.
