Byjus — Cancellation of subscription

I said before i don't need any refund, i want to cancel my subscription, your counsilor came to my house in the month of feb and admit me in byjus then he said your class will be start in the middle of march but the the class started from july, class started very late but i give 7250, 4 month without taking any class, so i told to cancel my subscription but you don't cancel my subscription, in your system education is very bad, become a business why your counsilor go door to door even i couldnt call him if your system is good they not need to go anywhere, you capture students

Hello I am a student and preparing for neet exam, so i visit for good education, on internet, around feb 15, 2022 mr Soham singha (TNL[protected]from byjus team called me and said he is senior sir of byjus and want to came to my house for counseling and admission, so he came to my house next day and convince very smartly told that byjus is very good, students get chance every year from him to my parents to admit me in bujus, after taking all documents he admitted me in byjus and take 5000 Rs for admission, my total course fee 87000 for 1 year (emi 7250/month, for 12 month) told that my class will start from next 15march 2022, after 15 march i contact with him and asked when the class will start he said, it will be start from april, and then may then june but class not started, but money deduct for 3 month without a single class, and the customer care no of bujys also not working, i call them but not reachable, after 3 month of taking admission on 20 june they call me and said my class start from 27 june, then i eagerly waiting to start then i saw the batch which is start from 27 june the batch in alredy started before 1 week, one chapter is completed, then i call them and told to change my batch then they shift me on 11th july batch, after taking online class i realized so much issue in class, many time i call them and told to solve the prblm they didn't take seriously they said it will be solve soon but not solve, and some teacher also not so good, if anyone told to repeat something teacher said go and see the recorded lecture, totally bad system nothing is serious in byjus, and mentor change again and again i told my prblm, but didn't take seriously so i told to cancel my subscription and mail many time and also told to mentor but they didn't respond for cancellation, again and again asked what is your problem i told them many time my problem but repeatedly they asked same question every time they call i answer same but nothing is solve, so i want to cancel my subscription, i don't want any refund which i pay in 4 month(7250×4=29000)+5000 which i give to cousilor on the time of admission, i give this money and take only 15-20 days class, so i don't want any refund, want cancellation only because the avanse finance company called every time and told about the loan
