Byju's — Cancellation or refund

I have taken subscription with Byju's on Sep 3rd, 2022, and product delivered on Sep 7th, 2022, by giving 2 weeks trail basis. Whenever we felt like it's not working, and we informed to Byju's for cancellation on Sep 21st, 2022. We did number of follow-up mails and calls but no response till and it's not resolved yet, please do needful.
