Mar 4th 23 a site visit arranged from byjus team to home to align on refund process. Subscribed tor 5 years, used 2years and the rest of the years money will be refunded in 10days is mentioned and received a mail and shared my bank details for the same. From March 14th daily call byjus customer care team i get reply a senior manager wil call me. Till now no updates and get the same reply from them. Paid big money and is this customers job to follow up on this. They are making me to struggle to resolve this. Customer care team dont have updates and the senior manager never called me, daily i call and expain my story from the start yet the same response. What a process very nice, front end team explicitly mention no updates on this and the person never calls back. Only customer go mad by paying bg money and undergoing bg stress. I wrote up also in email multiple times never heard back. For registration its instant but pay back customer why ther is no proper process. Am moving out india got smooth refund from internet, cuath, vedantu and only this byjus making customers to die following up this. I[censored] guys not able to return the money y u were ready to get it from customers at one shot this huge money. The unused years money u cant refund means y u for e customers to register fir long term. Ur process sucks. Customers in soup. U have to pay more monry making customers to stress and to follow up but no proper updates from ur team. Try to respect customers time and be honest.
