Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to cancel my subscription of class XI + class XII JEE course which was taken on June 8, 2022. The reason for cancellation is my dissatisfaction with the classes.
I did send an email previously to [protected]@byjus.com, pinning the same request for which, I received an email from [protected]@byjus.com demanding for Order ID, Registered Mobile number, Registered Email ID and needful documents. And I had send the required details. But my subscription has not yet been cancelled.
According to your refund policy, within the 15 days of delivery, we can return the product in case we don't like it. And we have been trying to contact you since June 17, 2022 but haven't got any response from your end.
So kindly remove my subscription and refund my money immediately. I request you to send
me a letter of acknowledgement for the cancellation of my subscription. Was this information helpful? |
