We got our daughter's enrollment cancelled from byjus within 15 days from the start of enrollment. It's been more than 2 months now but there is no update on the refund amount. I have been calling byjus customer care every week to know about the refund status and everytime I get same answer that it is in process. They took sl mm ost a month just to confirm that the study material and tab, which infact we submitted the same day we asked for cancellation.
Then after many calls i got a mail from byjus asking for bank details and I filled up that form. Even after filling up form i had to wait for a month and i again called the customer care and the answer was same, "We are waiting for study material and tab to be returned. It will take time to refund ". After 1.5 months i came to know that I have to share my bank details, which i had already shared well before. Even after sharing the details customer care is not able to confirm me on any date when the refund will happen.
I am not sure if I will ever get the refund or not. Infact I have paid 3 installments even after my cancellation and not attending any classes.
Could you please help me with an address where I can send legal notice to byjus. I don't see any other hope now. Was this information helpful? |
