I have enrolled my child for a Byjus Course for upto class 6 ( i.e. for class 4, 5 & 6 ). Request you to Cancel this Subscription and cancel the loan which has been attached to my given Bank Account.
During the first meeting between your counsellor and we parents, we were
told classes will be in line with the Child's School syllabus, But actually it didn't happen so. My child has teken few online and offline class.
Your online/offline class content and content in the Tablet and School
Syllabus all three are different and not matching. So my child is not comfortable with this Byjus Course.
We have received your Kit on 6 NOV 2022 from your centre Located at Mahavir
Enclave, Palam Dabri Road, South west Delhi. So it is still under your 15 days Trial Period.
We have communicated telephonically many times to your centre Manager,
Counsellor and mentor, but nobody ready to cancel this course. Due to this we are under mental Stress.
Your favourable and timely response will be highly appreciated.
