Updated by tksarkarnd I purchased a two year programme from byjus for my child Pratigya Sarkar. But due to technical issues she is unable to attend classes. And I have tried many times in many ways to solve this but can't solve this problem. So, I have mailed byjus support team to initiate the cancellation process. But they are not starting it any way. Haven't recieved any call from them. They are extending the time span of starting the process every time I contact them. Please help me to solve this so that I can get a refund
