Byju's — Cancelled the order but still EMI is active

Address: P.S. Srijan Techpark 12th Floor, DN Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

I have cancelled the product by mail at [protected]@byjus.com, but still not getting sure that the product has been cancelled or not but my EMI is still showing active and showing that on coming 2nd of May there are going to amount.
This is really not done inspit of cancelling order I have to pay.
They are simply cheater please help me out.
