My kid was enrolled for 1st grade in Byju's future school for online classes. Initially the representative from Byju's told us that we can cancel the enrolment at any time as our request is to continue the online classes only during the summer for 2-3 months.
We have paid the amount 45000/- for the same and later on we got the call from instructor as they claimed that they would not roll back the enrollment after 14 days.
Considering this two different details from the byju's representatives we decided to roll back my kid enrollment and requested the support team for cancellation on 17th May -2022.
There onwards, we have been contacting the Byju's customer service regularly and exchanged some mails that my refund has been initiated. However, so far we haven't received my refund and every time we are calling to the customer service they are telling one new story and requesting us to wait for a while.
There is no co-ordination with in the Byjus's teams and using their representatives giving false commitments until we join our kid. I am completely suffering from last 2 months by taking the decision to join the kids for online courses for couple of months to engage them in active learning.

We need swift action in this matter whoever involved from admitting the kids to organisation and delaying my refund requests.
