Byjus — Complaining about live classes and harassment

Hi i am shilpa mother of aryan bhatia i bought byjus 3 years back my child was in 4th standard no one on byjus take care of my kids classes never recieved any sample papers or many services they promised us to give us now my child is on 6th standard and I can’t able to take live classes i am complaining from many days they always said they arrange a call to me to resolve the issues but no one is taking care of my issues i am requesting to give me live classes immediately or refund my money i need a solution kindly revert regards shilpa
