I have taken a course of 1 year for my brother in law from Byju's. They promised to start from basics and provide my candidate with the best learning. As soon as i made the payment via the links shared by Byju's representative, they stopped communication in terms of candidate orientation, learning schedule, timetable. Candidate kept chasing the shared mentor contact for numerous questions on how to start learning and schedule while the mentor was not available to help him out. After multiple chasers, we decided to drop from the course and sent a mail for cancellation to Byju's support mail address and cancellation team mail address. We paid full amount on 16th June and after trying for 4 days, we sent an email for cancellation on 21st June 2022. It's 27th June today and Byju's haven't refunded the money yet. I am really struggling to get my money back from Byju's and need help on that.
