I am marisetti chandu chosen ias coaching from byjus and not satisfied with their service.raised a complaint for refund but they are not responding and harasing for emi payment and the backup number of customer service isnt working.actual date of purchase is on 06/09/2023 an complaint raised on 7 sep.and thy gave time period of 14 days actuallt and now they are not responding.name of purchasee is chandu marisetti and I am requesting for the refund .

Updated by Marisetti Chandu I am chandu marisetti. I had chosen IAS coaching from Byjus when I was taking they said that if i was not satisfied with their service i can opt out .I paid 10000 as registration fee and they said it will be also refunded within fourteen days. And I am not satisfied with their service and I raised a mail for refund but they are not responding and I am getting calls for Emi payment.
And the backup team not attending calls. they are pressurizing me.
