Byjus — Course not applicable

This is in continuation to my various mails and whats app messages to the education counselor and customer service of Byjus.

They have expressed that they will not be refunding the amount, instead they have come with an alternate solution.

Till date there is no action on the solution they have given. Neither have i received the syllabus not the refund amount.

This is a very embarrassing situation from an organisation like BYJUS.

Updated by Kavi_P Still waiting for the alternate option suggested by Byjus. not yet received any call for the same. it is 15 days since they had promised a TLP for my daughter and an independent monitor (as per syllabus was not in sync with that taught at Byjus)
We are already in the end of the first term where the exams will start in a month...
Or is it only after we put customer complaints, that Byjus' responds?????
