I am really surprised by the pathetic customer care service that your organisation is offering. Inspite of sending the email below and innumerable phone calls for the past 2 weeks, there has been no action from your end. Not even an explanation why the order was not delivered and why i cannot cancel my order. But yes.. You have not failed to debit the money from my account promptly.
This is very disgraceful for an educational institution to go to this level of money making. I am going to report this with the consumer complaints and the social media and will make sure none of my acquaintances avail your services. Was this information helpful? |
