I was subscribed to byjus app for my ward and the next day i cancel the subscription and i didn’t even received the SD card . But I was daily calling the mendor customer care number everyday to cancel the Subscription but nothing happened and today i got an email from avanze finance that saying 95000 rupees has been disbursed to Byjus app. But my cancellation request already raised to Byjus App and Then why this amount of 95000 is disbursed.
Till now I didn’t get any updates regarding my cancellation.whenever I am calling the support contact number they are telling from last 1 week that I will get call from senior manager daily before end of day, till now I didn’t get any call
