The counsellor, Mr. Gunasekaran, enrolled my son with Byju's Tution center on November 25, 2022. We didnt' want a long term tution option, considering this, he offered us monthly payment and can be discontinued any time, by writing the bank to stop the ECS.
The Byjus tution center accepted the fee monthly using auto deduction mode through directley from the account, Rs. 4722 is deducted automatically every month. Now, we want to quit the course as we are not satisfied with their performance and also, we were looking for offline classes. When we accessed the bank, in requesting to stop any further transaction for Byjus's, we were informed to write to the loan support as it is registered as loan.
This happened without our knowledge. We never signed any documents or informed that a loan is taken in my name. There were no communication in any format from HDFC or Byjus, informing us that a loan has been sanctioned in our name.
I hereby attach the communication details from Byju's on the day of registration.
We would like to complaint this as fradulent and misleaded to enroll the child in the tution center. There was no co-operation from them when we approach to quit the course.
A person from Byjus called and asked us to add a beneficiary in our account and the IFSC code is invalid.
