We purchased this product from the day of purchase we did not have proper
communication with mentors or with your team members.
And we had issues with the memory card first time and past 3 months with
the tab (Lenovo). these problems are also conveyed to your technical team
and got confirmed.
We are paying EMI every month but my daughter is not getting any facilities
from your end.
I already raised a request for the cancellation of the product 3 months
back, At that time your team person conceived me to continue and assured me
that there will be proper attention will be paid to your daughter but this
is not happening. I can not take cheating anymore
