I had taken byjus course for my daughter from 1st July 2022 she attended only 3-4 days classes due to pathetic customer service and communication service I not willing to continue their course as I purchase this course for 32, 000/ with the 5, 000/ as advance payment, I dont want waste my money so as per there policy I called them to cancel the course 0n 7th and mailed also on 8th July I.e within 15days of kit received., as I got ghe kit on 4th if July..
The problem us they are not ready to contact me over the phone and even no proper reply to the email, which iam sending alas o every day
I am calling continuously 1 - 2times da ly from past one week, and getting only one auto reply from call centre person that our senior manager will call.. But which is never happening. Even after telling them that Senir manager called my oa week back and I T old her to cancel
