I have bought the byjus IAS course in the month of June .I opted for paying the fees through EMI.I changed my EMI plan from Rs4000 pm for 12 months to Rs2000 pmfor 24 months through the byjus team. But the EMI is done by the Avanse bank who are asking me to pay 4000 pm which I received in a message.I contacted Avanse bank many times but no one is taking the call .The byjus calls me more than 100 times a day before buying the course. After buying, they don't even pick our single call.I want to reduce the validity of the course .I am really stressed about this issue .Please resolve it.
