I recently purchased the Tablet learning Program for my son, enticed by the promise of a 100% refund if we decided to cancel within 15 days. However, our experience with Byjus has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Shortly after starting the program, my son began feeling uncomfortable with the video lessons, prompting us to request a cancellation within the specified timeframe. We have made multiple attempts to contact their support team, reaching out through phone calls to their support number, customer care, and even speaking with a counselor. In addition, we sent numerous emails to their designated support addresses, including [protected]@byjust.com, [protected]@byjus.com, and [protected]@byjus.com.
Unfortunately, it has been over 45 days, and there has been no resolution. Byjus has shown no intention of canceling my order or refunding the amount promised. They have been completely unresponsive, leaving us in a frustrating and uncertain situation.
It is deeply disappointing to see a company fail to honor their own refund policy. Our trust has been shattered, and we feel deceived by Byjus' false promises. We expected better customer service and support, especially when it comes to fulfilling their own commitments.
I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from Byjus, as their lack of accountability and refusal to provide the promised refund have left us extremely dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a letdown, and I would caution anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential frustrations they may encounter.
Overall, Byjus' handling of our cancellation request and their failure to refund our payment have left us deeply dissatisfied. They have failed to live up to their own promises, and we regret ever purchasing from them.
