Byju's — False assurance by sales team

I got continues call from byjus sales team and they said that i have an offer. 299 per subject for 1 year. I opted for 3 subject which is maths kannada and Hindi. Then they say they don't teach kannada and Hindi. I asked for refund, they asked for the proof which I sent. The payment details and receipt. It's been one month. No money has come to me. I sent email, spoke to so many people in byjus, they say there manager will call me. Till now nothing happened in favour. Plz sort
