I tried many time & still continue trying to cancel my subscription from Byju's but they are not responding, I talked with support team but they every time said that your complain is filed already & I am arranging call back form higher authority of Byju's & ur problem will be resolve soon but i never got call from Byju's for cancellation.
They continuously deducting the Installment (EMI) from my account .

I have enrolled my son for Byju course last May 2022.
The course content provided is having many errors and no follow up on student progress being taken or informed to us. Multiple times called to customer care to resolve the issue by last oct.
Till date for last 6 months there is no call provided from either mentor or counsellor.
My son performance is below par and marks scored are pathetic after attending classes for 6 to 8 months in Byjus.I need to face many issues with his school due to this below par performance.
Byjus only focus on marketing to get new registrations and not focusing on their curriculum and performance.
Based on this scenario we decided to discontinue Byjus classes from Jan 23 as there is no scope of improvement or follow up from their end.
We have arranged classes separately to enhance his performance for last few months.
Considering this as complaint please plan for refund of my monthly EMI from Jan onwards till March 23.
Also planning to provide standing instructions to my bank to stop payment to Byjus further till course completion.
