Byju's — For cancellation the subscription.

I was taking byju learning program.your consellar said that you also giving live class program.Now, consellor demanded rs 28000 for upgrading the course.i have not enough money for upgrading the live class.from 2 months I did not studying because your recorded lecture in English.please cancel my subscription.
