I have purchased the class 9-10 course from Byju's on 9th July 2022 for my daughter Himadri Saikia, which was of total Rs 60000 in which I have made a down payment of 5000 and loan was of 55000. My registered mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. The sales representative (Rejan Zafree Jamil, EMP ID No. TNL[protected] told me that once you will purchase the course you can cancel the course within 15 days of the delivery of the product with just one phone call or mail. I have received the product on 18th July 2022. However, we do not want to continue this course due to financial issues. Now in order to cancel, I have already called the customer care and mentor helpline number several times, but no one is listening nor responding. They just provide me different Request IDs, telling me that senior manager or cancellation team will talk to you. But I have not received any call, nor any action. I have also mailed previously but no response received. I need an immediate action and want my money back on priority. Also, I want you to stop the loan amount and stop deducting any EMI. This is a fraud/scam activity of Byju's. So I need this to be CANCELLED on an immediate basis.
