My daughter has been left with no teacher for over 6 weeks now with no classes taken. I have complained multitude of time and no action has been taken.
Dishant our counsellor is offering really bad service and persisted only until he took the money from us and has completely ignored all attempt to make contact to resolve issues.
This company practices are unacceptable - mal practice to both teachers and parents.
I requested refund but that’s been ignored too.
Their complaints website https://byjus.com/grievance-redressal also ignores complains despite stating 96% resolution reached which I don’t believe is true when you read the trust pilot and other complaints website.
It states all complaints are resolved within 24 hours but they have not even acknowledged my complaint email. Was this information helpful? |
