I have received product kit on 29.05.2022 from Byjus, after received the kit my daughter attend only two online classes, after that I have send mail for cancellation of subscription on 7th June'2022 to [protected]@byjus.com and [protected]@byjus.com and request for acknowledgement of cancellation, after 8 days on 15th June'2022 I have received reply from Byjus and they asked for Order ID, email Id, phone number, I replied same day with all details. in between my daughter not attend any classes and information was share with concern centre.
As of now Byjus collection department is very active and send repeatedly reminder for EMI Payment.
I request you to resolve the matter immediately and close the matter.
