Hi I am Jinal Dhanak mother of Bhaavi Dhanak. We opted for 6th to 8th STD 22nd June 2022 for my daughter by paying 70000 and after 1 or 2 sessions she did not find useful so as per the policy we sent a mail for cancellation on 30th June 2022. After that we have been calling customer support everyday to know the status of our refund however everyday support team repeats the same that you will get a call from cancellation team before 8 pm for further process. But we do not get any calls. While taking subscription they fake promised that within 4 days you will get your refund. The counselor Jagruti Srivastav who came do not pick up the phone at all. Her manager Pranav Meshram keeps giving excuses technically glitch or short of staff. Mentor Ankita never called. If we do not get any response and they keep harrassing like this to us then we will go legally against Byjus and their team for such harrasment and show all phone call recordings and emails to the honourable court and also apply for the compansation additionally for this kind of harrassment.
