Byju's — Have to return the Product

I'm trying to return the product, but the worst customer support team is not responding to my calls and mails from last 7 days. Simply, made me to purchase the order but they are not taking it back.I don't know What BYJU Ravindran sir is doing with the team with worst customer support. Kindly resolve my isuues asap
