I have submitted a cancellation request in [protected]@byjus.com and my request ID : 36332227. They said that my cancellation is in processing and I
would get a call from [protected] . I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. But I have not received any message from them. I called byjus customer care and they said that my cancellation is processing. I have recorded the call. I want to know how to solve this problem from them. They delayed the cancellation. They didn't cancel it within 15 days . They have deliberately waste the 15 days Trial . Even my child didn't do classes since I tried to contact them for cancellation. Please concerned about the matter.
