Respected ma'am/Sir.
This is to inform that i already taken byjus IAS application for me, but due to some health and financial issues now i cant pay that, so i make call to byjus and told them to cancell my e mandate and Ecs from the company, i cant pay the emi more, i call them many times, i send the messages and many things, now they are making too much calls and threatened me if you are not paid we will destroy your credit score and Ruined your future, if a person is not interest why they are forcing them and threatening them, if one is not interest cancell the customer from subscription and leave them free, entering into the course and exit is a customers choice, the why the are threatening us like this. I already paid 3 emi correctly, from fourth i am no well and suffering financial issues
I informed them on correct time but they threatened me, making too much phone calls, message on google pay, text messages etc.
Kindly take a action against these companies
If a customer is not interest they cancel the subscription and leave the customers free.
