I asked for cancelation during the observation period and the educational counselor clearly ignored that and did not inform the team. Till Saturday they were asking about proofs wether I informed education counselor on time. As soon as I provided them with screenshots they started saying cancelation window is closed (which is not mentioned in the agreement).
