I have emailed Byjus several times to request the cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to comprehend the material and also did not show any interest in going to the class there is a decrement in my child's marks instead of an increment. I have contacted Byjus regarding this numerous times by phone and mail, but they never get back to me to cancel the enrollment.
I am paying EMI for things I have not used, and I am extremely frustrated by everything.
