Myself Sandip Gohil from UAE country. My daughter having subscription of grade 8. While deal I asked them for live classes with byjus app for Grade 8th because I am interested in live classes, they agreed for same, but they make Invoice wrong which one I paid by trust of byjus reputation. Now they said you have to extra pay for live class for grade 8th because in Invoice didn't mention. Couple of time I contact with customer care but they did not support. I asked them to give me the telephonic recording and mock class recording but they refused for that. While all communication during purchasing subscription, Marketing guy never told me that you have to pay for grade 8th live class. Now they are lying for that live class only for grade 7 which one they told me complementary while deal.
One thing I address here I took this subscription on January 2022 on that time my daughter in end of grade 7th(2 mont remaining). So how I could asked for grade 7 live classes. But those all people are not agreed for that. Also refused to show me for recording of our communication.
