Dear Team,
I have already enrolled my kid for BYJU but still your marketing team keeps calling twice a day. It is very frustrating and annoying that these people don't have details of person who has already enrolled in the program.
Concentrate on your Quality of service more than marketing. As an existing customer, I have observed many gaps and shared same with mentor but no improvement at all.
I can see that you people are failing in providing quality service and definitely it would help your rivals.
