Sir,
I took a trial of Baiju's Premium Learning Companion class on June 20th 2022 week . and I paid Rs.5000 as advance booking . After 2 two classes we decided to cancel and inform the related person she said i have to pay Rs.5000 again for Tab, which i got from baijus. I am trying to talk to costumer care of Byjus for cancellation updates but they were not picking up my call.

I request you to send me a letter of acknowledgment for the cancellation of my subscription. Now if I don’t get any positive response from Byjus within 1-2 days regarding my cancellation and refund and the loan I will be left with no option but legal action I will complain consumer court .
