The patience of mine has crossed its limits
I have talked to nearly 15 customer care executives and with utter respect and patience.
Byjus told me that my concern has been raised with priority. I got no response from their side since last week. Is this the way to tackle with priority requests?
On Monday the mentor told me that I will be getting the call from one of the senior managers before EOD(20:00 IST). 3 days have passed and every single day I followed up. The response I got was to wait for call that I shall be receiving before EOD on the respective days. Today before EOD I called to check on the status of the request...Customer executive heard my concern and told me to wait for few minutes
I called around 7:52 and attaching screenshot for reference that the few minutes for which I was told to wait did not come to an end.
Do let me know if the progress will be made if things are dealt in a different manner. Should I proceed to legal action or take it to social media platforms to make my concern heard and also resolved.
