I had taken admission of my daughter for Class IX/X on 12th Feb'23 online learning program. But due to my daughter's school timing issue, it was canceled on 22nd Feb . As per the Byju's cancellation policy if we cancelled the course within 15 days money will be refunded and loan will get closed.
Since my daughter didnt like the course and tablet teaching, hence we cancelled the program by writing the mail to the cancellation team . We returned Byju's tablet and bag and also we got refunded of deposited amount Rs 7000/-
But my issue is with a loan that Byju's finance team had given of Rs 28000/- which is still not closed. Byju's finance team provided loan via ABFL and the loan is not closed. We are continuously followed up with Byju's to connect to ABFL to inform our loan closure since Mar'23 but still it is not done. No one is taking care our request. Byju's team told us they have refunded the money to ABFL however they didnt share the transaction details to us.
We mailed Byju's team to share payment details with ABFL but since today it has not yet been resolved. (Biju's team said Rs 28000 has been refunded to ABFL but ABFL is denied and asked to share proof like transaction id, date, and bank account.
I'm really frustrated due to this negligence of Byju's team for loan closure. Hope at least consumer court will definitely look into this matter to resolve our issue. We also contacted Ms Vrinda from the grievance team but of no use. This all affecting my cibil score and ultimately ABFL team now asking to pay the EMI from March to till date.
