Byju's — Non receipt of product and cancellation of loan

Sir I have not received the product and returned it due to some medical emergency. I have applied for cancellation on 23 may 2023 and till now my loan is not cancelled and EMI is not stopped. Please resolve it quickly. My registered number is [protected] Name SRUSTI BHOI CLASS 8
